So today after two years and 7 months, I had my last shift and left Waitrose, it was a sad day as although I don't love the job I've made some amazing memories and met great friends, who I treasure. It was my first proper job that I started when I was 16 and from then up to now so much has changed and I've become a different person. Ill always treasure the laughs I've had there, like when me and Lindsey died of laughter and were hugging the lottery machine and our colleagues couldn't understand why we were laughing, the christmas parties, all three of them. My two favourite customers who always took the time to talk to me and would purposely try and come to my till. The friends and people I've met who I will always think of when I think of my time at Waitrose. But most of all I will always treasure that it bought me to my two best friends Luke and Lindsey. Without working at Waitrose, I never would have met these two and I couldn't imagine my life without them, they have changed who I am for the better and I know I will always have them as friends.Although I am so excited to have left Waitrose and to be doing something different with my life, I am going to miss the good times I've had there and most of all my checkouts family.
